This is a new Mustard Bikes PAIR blockoff kit for most modern Yamaha inline four models. (2 plates).
Please see the Specifications tab for all motorcycle this kit is known to fit. May fit inline four Yamaha's not yet listed.
Our kit will allow you to remove the PAIR system installed on your motorcycle for emissions reasons and will provide the following improvements:
- Designed and made right here in Australia by Mustard Bikes, not an import.
- Improved exhaust scavenging.
- Better Dyno readings due to more precise Air/Fuel readings.
- Minor weight savings.
- A cleaner, less cluttered, engine area.
- Elimination of backfiring with aftermarket or modified exhausts.
Make your engine run smoother, tidy up your engine area, lose weight and make your bike sound better all at the same time! This kit can be installed by almost anybody with enough patience and a basic tool kit in around 2 hours. The kit includes instructions, a set of CNC machined billet aluminum blockoff plates, and stainless steel bolts as well as a plug for your airbox (may not fit all models).
Please note some bikes may show an FI fault code with removal of the AIS system. The kit can still be installed however the AIS Solenoid should remain plugged in to prevent this code appearing.
It should also be noted the AIS valve component MUST be removed as per instructions or these plates will not fit.

Postage
Domestic Postage:
We use Australia post for all our postage options. They are reliable, trackable and will deliver to any address (unlike some other postal services).
Within Australia You can get free postage with Australia Post regular parcel post, or you can opt for express post for an extra $6 per item.
International Postage:
International Postage is available at a flat rate of $30 plus $10 for each additional item.
International purchases are sent with Australia Post International Air mail. This service provides tracking for most countries. In some cases tracking may not be available until the item reaches the destination country, or for some destinations may not be provided at all.
All items sent international are marked at the purchase price (excluding postage cost). It is an offence to incorrectly state the purchase price.
Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be applicable to importing this item into their country. Mustard Bikes cannot be held responsible for these costs and unclaimed items will only be refunded minus the postage costs once the item returns to us.

Great product

It was easy to install and came with clear and precise instructions (for those who need them) allowing almost anyone with a basic understanding of engines to fit the kit to their bike. I noticed immediate results, and recommend it to anyone wanting to eliminate the backfire issues associated with an fitting aftermarket exhaust!
