Shipping Information
Mustard Bikes is located in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia we operate Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Orders are dispatched daily at 2:30 PM. We use AusPost for all our domestic and international shipping as they are reliable, trackable, and the most cost-effective option available.
Estimated delivery times do not include unexpected delays, customs clearance, or instances where a shipment is held for payment of duties or taxes.
Tracking Your Order
- Orders with tracking can be checked on the AusPost tracking website: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search
- You will receive an email with your tracking link when your order has been dispatched.
- AusPost provides tracking for most countries. In some cases, tracking may not be available until the item reaches the destination country, or may not be available at all.
Shipping Options
Australian customers, we are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping through AusPost on all orders, ensuring your items arrive safely and reliably at no extra cost. If you prefer faster delivery, you can choose our Express Post option for an additional $6.00 per item, giving you a quicker and more convenient shipping experience.
For customers in New Zealand, we provide both Standard & Express shipping options, allowing you to select the delivery speed that best suits your needs.
International customer can enjoy a flat rate of AUD $30.00 for the first item with each additional item being added to the same shipment for AUD $10.00 making it simple and cost-effective to order multiple products. International purchases are sent with AusPost International Airmail.
United States international shipping is available at a flat rate of AUD $50.00 for the first item with each additional item being added to the same shipment for AUD $30.00. US international shipping includes customs and duties where applicable, so there are no unexpected fees upon delivery.

- All international items are marked at the purchase price (excluding postage). It is an offence to incorrectly state the purchase price.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes applicable in their country.
- Mustard Bikes cannot be held responsible for these costs.
- Unclaimed items will only be refunded (minus postage costs) once returned to us.
