Description
This is a new Mustard Bikes PAIR blockoff kit for Kawasaki parallel twins.
FITS MOST 250, 300 and 650 twins. Does NOT fit the Ninja 400.
Our kit will allow you to remove the PAIR system installed on your motorcycle for emissions reasons and will provide the following improvements:
- Designed and made right here in Australia by Mustard Bikes, not an import.
- Improved exhaust scavenging.
- Better Dyno readings due to more precise Air/Fuel readings.
- Minor weight savings.
- A cleaner, less cluttered, engine area.
- Elimination of backfiring with aftermarket or modified exhausts.
Make your engine run smoother, tidy up your engine area, lose weight and make your bike sound better all at the same time! This kit can be installed by almost anybody with enough patience and a basic tool kit in around 2 hours. The kit includes instructions, a CNC machined billet aluminum blockoff, stainless steel bolts as well as a plug for your airbox (may not fit all models).
Please note the installation manual is a generic block off kit installation manual and not bike specific. Some bikes may show an FI fault code with removal of the AIS system. The kit can still be installed however the AIS Solenoid should remain plugged in to prevent this code appearing.
It should also be noted the AIS valve component MUST be removed as per instructions or these plates will not fit.

Postage
Domestic Postage:
We use Australia post for all our postage options. They are reliable, trackable and will deliver to any address (unlike some other postal services).
Within Australia You can get free postage with Australia Post regular parcel post, or you can opt for express post for an extra $6 per item.
International Postage:
International Postage is available at a flat rate of $30 plus $10 for each additional item.
International purchases are sent with Australia Post International Air mail. This service provides tracking for most countries. In some cases tracking may not be available until the item reaches the destination country, or for some destinations may not be provided at all.
All items sent international are marked at the purchase price (excluding postage cost). It is an offence to incorrectly state the purchase price.
Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be applicable to importing this item into their country. Mustard Bikes cannot be held responsible for these costs and unclaimed items will only be refunded minus the postage costs once the item returns to us.
