While we do our best to ensure a speedy delivery to our customers and endeavour to get your items sent as soon as possible, we unfortunately do not have control over the delivery times of your item. Once it leaves our hands its fate rests in the hands of the postal services enlisted to deliver your item.
Please note it is normal for there to be no updates on the item tracking once it has been noted as leaving Australia enroute to the destination country. If your item has spent significant time however going no further than being lodged it is worth contacting us to let us know.
Of course if your item appears to have become lost, as always we will do our best to work alongside you and with Australia Post to resolve the problem and ensure your item is found or replaced.
