Description

Brand New Mustard Bikes Tail Tidy Designed for the 2021 - 2023 Yamaha MT-09 & FZ-09.

Clean up the rear of your bike and transform the look instantly. By removing the bulky OEM fender and repositioning the number plate closer to the undertail, this tail tidy delivers a sharper, more refined and purpose-built finish that matches the aggressive styling of your MT-09.

CNC machined from lightweight 3mm aluminium, it offers the perfect balance of strength and reduced weight, then finished in a durable satin black powdercoat for a clean, long-lasting appearance.

Designed to utilise the factory mounting points, installation is completely bolt-on with no cutting or modifications required. All stainless-steel hardware is included, along with a purpose-designed rubber grommet to keep your seat latch keyway clean and protected.

A white LED number plate light is integrated into the design and supplied as plug-and-play, complete with the correct factory-style connector—no wiring modifications needed.

A detailed step-by-step install guide is included, and a full installation video is available below to make fitting simple and straightforward.

186mm Option – Uses OEM indicators, suits plates up to approx. 200mm wide
254mm Option – Uses OEM indicators, suits plates up to approx. 258mm wide
Aftermarket Option – 10mm indicator mounts, 160mm spacing for most aftermarket indicators
No Mount Option – Designed for integrated tail lights (made to order, approx. 2–3 week lead time)

Specifications

Four options are available:

186mm option: Uses the OEM indicators and fits plates up to approximately 200mm wide.

This options suits plates from TAS, VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT, Most United states and Canadian plates, Kuwait, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Mexico.

254mm option: Uses the OEM indicators and fits plates up to approximately 258mm wide.

This options suits plates from SA, WA, NT, New Zealand, UAE, Belgium, Holland, S Africa, Phillipines, Russia, Israel, France, Brazil, Norway, Malaysia, Spain, Singapore, Colombia, and Belarus.

Aftermarket option: Uses 10mm hole mounts to fit most after market indicators. Mounts spaced 160mm apart.

This option is for use with after market indicators. Customers should make sure that their indicators have sufficient length to clear the width of their number plate.

No mount option: Has the indicator mounts removed for use with integrated tail lights.

No mount option usually has a 2-3 week lead time as they are manufactured to order. This option is for use with integrated tail lights.

Nicely packaged and easy to install. bike looks much better only issue I had was the led light stopped working after 2 weeks but was easy to replace with a similar designed one

Fantastic quality and incredibly light - and it looks fantastic compared to the OEM fender. The plug and play functionality made the installation quite simply. The included written instructions aren't great, but any issues were easily worked through with the video guide. Would recommend to anyone.
