Product Returns policy

We understand sometimes you change your mind, order the incorrect item, or sometimes we screw your order up. If you want to make a return or think there was a mistake with your order please contact us first prior to sending anything our way. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO MAKING RETURNS.

Here's how we deal with returns when they happen:

 

WHAT can be returned?

Change of mind returns can be returned for a store credit or exchage minus a restocking fee provided the product is in the original packaging, unopened and undamaged.

If you ordered the incorrect item you can return your product for an exchange for the correct item (plus the cost of any price difference) provided the product is in the original packaging, unopened and undamaged. If you have already opened your item please contact us to discuss prior to returning.

Returns due to manufacturing faults within 24 months of purchase are accepted and will receive an exchange. Such warranty claims MUST be discussed with Mustard Bikes prior to any return.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Incorrect orders or change of mind returns should be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Please contact Mustard Bikes as early as possible to discuss your return.

HOW do customers return items?
Items returned due to incorrect ordering or change of mind should be returned in a sealed Australia Post bag to minimise damage to the original packaging.

All other returns, or if your packaging has been lost or damaged please contact Mustard Bikes prior to returning your item.

SHIPPING for returns?
All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. In some cases where return is required due to a mistake by Mustard Bikes, Mustard Bikes may cover your return expenses. Please discuss prior to returning your item if you beleive this may be the case.

CREDIT for returns?
In the case of change of mind returns the purchase price shall be refunded in the form of store credit minus an %8 restocking fee. This store credit can be used in the Mustard Bikes online store towards any future purchases.

Incorrect order exchanges will not receive any credit.
